How to Upload or Submit an Order

File Submission Guidelines:

• We accept the following file formats: AI, PSD, PDF, PNG.(only DTF)
• For best results, please provide files at 300 DPI with a transparent background (if
applicable) and in the CMYK color profile.
• Ensure your design is sized correctly to your specifications.

Upload Portal:

• Use our secure upload portal to submit your artwork files and purchase order. Simply
drag and drop your files, or click to browse your computer.
• Files can be up to 100MB in size. For larger files, please contact us for alternate submission methods.

Confirmation & Review:

• After submitting your order, you’ll receive an automatic email confirmation with a
summary of your submission, and a Check out link.
• Our team will review your submission and contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss any
additional details or to provide a final quote.
